REPORTER: Two whistleblowers are speaking out just two days before the anniversary of a mass shooting at Oxford High School. Former school board members Tom Donnelly and Korey Bailey say the school failed to enact threat assessment policies. The shooting, carried out by a student, left four students dead and several injured on November 30, 2021.
The ex-board members claim the school didn't adhere to Homeland Security protocol that was referenced in their policies.
