REPORTER: Two whistleblowers are speaking out just two days before the anniversary of a mass shooting at Oxford High School. Former school board members Tom Donnelly and Korey Bailey say the school failed to enact threat assessment policies. The shooting, carried out by a student, left four students dead and several injured on November 30, 2021. The ex-board members claim the school didn't adhere to Homeland Security protocol that was referenced in their policies. - In August, Korey Bailey began to look deeply into our threat assessment policies and guidelines. He came across a Homeland Security Secret Service threat assessment, which is referenced in our very policies. This document changed everything from my perspective. REPORTER: Donnelly and Bailey say they resigned after they couldn't in good conscience stay on the board.
