THEY COME IN A PACKAGE LIKE THIS, THEY'RE FRESH RATHER THAN THE DRIED STUFF WHICH MEANS HIGHER QUALITY. THEY'RE REAL JAPANESE NOODLES FROM A JAPANESE FAMILY. >> SPROUTS, ONIONS. >> A LITTLE SPINACH.
